Tomorrow’s real estate tour has eleven new Los Altos listings and six new Los Altos Hills listings ranging in price from $1,299,000 to $6,495,000. There are also 4 homes that are being re-toured. Three out of the four re-toured properties have lowered their list price to heighten buyer’s interest. Two of the new listings are homes that are being “flipped.” It will be interesting to see how the investor(s) do on the “flipped” homes.
Check back tomorrow as I will attempt to twitter my initial thoughts about some of these homes as I view them.
