As home sales throughout the area continue to soften, there are a few areas that are still selling well. One prime example is the Miramonte Avenue area of Mountain View. Nice neighborhoods and excellent schools continue to draw buyers at an astonishing pace. Currently there are only 7 homes for sale and another 8 have contracts on them.
