The long tail theory in real estate has been extensively written about in the blogosphere. Jim Cronin has a good article on his highly enjoyable blog The Real Estate Tomato. another excellent article, “Long tail, short tail and coat tail searches“ can be found on rsspieces.com. Another good article is found on RealtyBlogging.com, “The long tail and real estate blogging.” I particularly like the article written on Renthusiast, ”Real estate marketing and the long tail economy.”
The author of the Long Tail theory, Chris Anderson, has his own blog “The Long Tail, a public diary on themes around a book.” I recently found a video on Chris Anderson discussing the Long Tail theory. Although he is not the most dynamic speaker, it is a good video non the less (except the ad for Fora T.V.). Get yourself a refreshing beverage and some popcorn because there will be a test afterwards. Enjoy!
