Yesterday’s Mountain View broker tour had 22 homes.  Of these, 18 were new listings and 4 were re-toured properties.   

I really liked the home located at 2707 Saint Giles Lane in Mountain View’s Waverly Park Neighborhood.  It’s a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home listed at $1,350,000.  Sharon Philips of Campi Properties is the listing agent.  It’s sure to have multiple offers.  It will be interesting to see what the final sale price will be.

Another home I liked was the one located at 1920 Polk Court in Mountain View’s Gest Ranch Neighborhood.  It’s a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with Los Altos Schools.  The asking price is $1,695,000 and the listing agent is Jim Galli of Coldwell Banker.
