In conjunction with the annual Halloween Spooktacular, the Los Altos Recreation Department sponsored the 44th annual window painting contest where children painted participating business windows with Halloween themed designs. The artists range from fourth through eighth graders. See below for a sampling of Los Altos’ Halloween window art.
