Yesterday’s Los Altos/Los Altos Hills broker tour was small with just 9 homes.  Of these, only three were actual new listings.  Five properties were re-tours (ie. some had price reductions etc.) and one property was re-listed with a different brokerage.

Last week the Los Altos Hills town council repealed a law that unfairly restricted the rights of local pinball machine fanatics.  As reported in Monday’s San Jose Mercury News, it had been a misdemenor to operate a pinball, marble, or claw machine in a commercial setting in Los Altos Hills since 1956.   But not any more.
