Friday night was the Springer Elementary School Auction at Michael’s at Shoreline.  The theme…Caddyshack!  I have attended numerous Springer Auctions and based on my un-official estimates (number of attendees, donations, and the level of frenzied bidding) the auction was a huge success!

The Multiple Listing Service area 209 consists of housing tracts with names like Cuesta Park, Varsity Park, St. Francis Acres, and Gest Ranch.  Lots average about 6500 sf and homes average about 1400 sf.   Gest Ranch lots and houses are about 1/2 larger.  See neighborhood map at bottom of post.
