The Multiple Listing Service area 209 consists of housing tracts with names like Cuesta Park, Varsity Park, St. Francis Acres, and Gest Ranch.  Lots average about 6500 sf and homes average about 1400 sf.   Gest Ranch lots and houses are about 1/2 larger.  See neighborhood map at bottom of post.

According to MLS Listings Inc. data, 25 single family homes closed escrow in December within the Los Altos zip codes of 94024 and 94022. This is up from 10 homes sales last year and 19 home sales in 2007.
